Roxanne S. Austin is the President and CEO of Austin Investment Advisors, a private investment and consulting firm, and chair of the U.S. Mid-Market Investment Advisors Committee of EQT Partners, an investment organization. Roxanne was previously President and CEO of Move Networks, Inc.,  President and CEO of DIRECTV, Inc., EVP and CFO of Hughes Electronics Corporation, and partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP. She currently serves on the boards of directors of Verizon Communications, CrowdStrike, Abbott Laboratories, and AbbVie. Ms. Austin holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Johanna Flower most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of CrowdStrike. She currently serves on the board of directors of Theta Lake, a cybersecurity software company, Expel, a cybersecurity technology company, and ForgeRock, a digital identity technology company. Johanna holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Brighton University, United Kingdom.

Sameer Gandhi is a partner of Accel, a venture capital firm, where he focuses on consumer, software and services companies. Sameer currently serves on the board of directors of CrowdStrike and several privately-held companies. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Randy Gottfried previously served as Chief Financial Officer of AppDynamics, Inc., an application performance management and IT operations analytics company. Randy also serves on the board of directors of Sumo Logic, a cloud-based machine data analytics company. He holds a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Girish Mathrubootham is the CEO and founder of Freshworks. In 10 years, with backing from leading investors including Accel, Sequoia, Tiger Global Management, and CapitalG, Girish has taken Freshworks from an idea to a leading software company empowering businesses to delight their customers and employees. Under his leadership, Freshworks has expanded its operations to 13 global locations to serve over 50,000 customers throughout the world. He is also a prominent venture capital investor and adviser to over 60 companies, and founding member of SaaSBOOMi, Asia’s largest community of founders and product builders.

Zachary Nelson was previously the Chief Executive Officer at NetSuite, a business management software company that was acquired by Oracle Corporation, a computer technology company, in November 2016. Zach also serves on the board of directors of PagerDuty, an incident management platform company, since June 2018. Mr. Nelson holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and an M.A. in Anthropology from Stanford University.

Barry Padgett is the Chief Operating Officer for Amperity, an enterprise customer data platform. He previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Stripe and President of SAP. Barry currently serves on the board of directors of Duetto Research. He holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Union College, an M.B.A. from the University of New South Wales, and an M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford.

Jennifer Taylor serves as Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Products at Cloudflare, Inc., a website security company. Prior to Cloudflare, she served as Senior Vice President of Product Management for Data.com and Search at Salesforce.com, Inc., a cloud-based software company. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. 

Dennis M. Woodside has served as our President and as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2022. Mr. Woodside most recently served as President of Impossible Foods Inc., a company that develops plant-based substitutes for meat products, from March 2019 until August 2022. From April 2014 to September 2018, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Dropbox, Inc., a provider of cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software services. He served on the board of directors for ServiceNow, Inc., a service management software company, from April 2018 to August 2022. Mr. Woodside has also held various sales roles at Google over 9 years, from 2003 to 2012, including Managing Director of Emerging Markets, Vice President of Sales in the UK and President of the Americas, where he oversaw an $18 billion ad sales business. From May 2012 to April 2014, Mr. Woodside served as Chief Executive Officer for Motorola Mobility LLC, a consumer electronics and telecommunications company after it was acquired by Google. Mr. Woodside holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
